The gift card is an ideal customer-retention tool. Customers with your GiftCard like to visit your store again and again – and not just to redeem their GiftCards. You also have the opportunity to attract customers that you would not otherwise reach, primarily through existing customers who give a GiftCard to their family, friends or acquaintances.
No pre-financing
You do not need to pre-finance ordered gift cards; the amount loaded is not activated until the card is bought. Consequently, the only expense for you consists of a one-off activation fee paid when the contract is concluded plus the intrinsic value of the GiftCards and the Basic gift packaging.
Transparency and control
You can keep constant tabs on both the outstanding amounts and the number of cards in circulation. You can also call up the regularly supplied reports online at any time. If the card expires with unused credit after 24 months, you retain the outstanding amount in full.
